Instructions:

place zip file to root of your sdcard
Make sure you are running stock ROM

Power off your phone and boot into Recovery mode
Boot into CWM Recovery
Wipe data and cache
install zip from sdcard
Select choose zip rom sdcard
Locate the zip and choose it
Choose Yes
After installation is complete, go back, wipe cache and data again
Reboot
