If you're on a stock rom then first flash this in order to be able to use it.
Download RootExplorer Here
As you have the zip file on your sdcard, move it with a root browsing tool to /system/media/
Replace the original bootanimatiom.zip
set the file's permission to rw-r--r-- or permission 644
Reboot and enjoy.
